There has been a steady demand for affordable housing throughout Queensland. They would normally provide a small court to each unit and minimal communal open space. Element Design has had the pleasure of working with a developer and design team committed to providing a higher level of outdoor amenity. This includes a BBQ area and seating area located within landscaped gardens.

The banks of the adjacent creek have been cleared of all weeds using a frog friendly herbicide and revegetated, ensuring flow rates are not restricted.
